Logistic regression is one of statistical methods that used to analyze the correlation between categorical response variables and predictor which are or continuous. Many studies on logistic have been carried out by assuming variable its logit link function a linear relationship. However, in several cases it was found relationship not always linear, but could be quadratic, cubic, form other curves, so assumption linearity incorrect. Therefore, this study will develop bivariate polynomial ordinal (BPOLR) model an extension regression, with two correlated continuous modeled as form. There commonly scientific research. In study, each consisted three categories. This aims obtain parameter estimators BPOLR using maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) method, test statistics parameters ratio (MLRT) algorithms estimating hypothesis testing for model.
